She radiated light!

I went up the stairs and there she was sitting on the rooftop in a cute white floral khaadi dress with flowers in her hair. I sat next to her and I couldn’t take my eyes off her. She looked so calm and happy. I sat with my head on her lap and she was caressing my hair. I felt so loved and whole at that moment. I asked her what she does for a living and if she accomplished what she had always thought of, and if she was happy with herself. She answered so beautifully that it filled my heart. Her words radiated wiseness and a sense of security. I kept being there in the same position because I felt so happy at that moment. She was so kind. For my last question, I asked what advice would she give me and she said that I should believe in myself, for I know within myself what is right for me. And I will accomplish big things, I just have to have faith and patience. She said she will always be there for me, with me. And she loves me so much. I hugged her with all my heart. I climbed down the stairs with a feeling that I am not alone and I got this.

My future self radiated light, and white looks good on her.
